TSC releases guidelines for community based teaching

The Teachers Service Commission has released a detailed set of guidelines to facilitate the roll out of the community-based learning as a means of engaging learners until January when schools re-open. The free of charge program is expected to take effect today and will see community halls or open spaces utilised by the learners and teachers.
