I know right, my friend is lactose and she eats double the amount of cheese that I do

because it has mostly way not lactose which is different lactose intolerant means your intolerant to lactose because you don't have much lactate molecules which composes the lactose but way does not need the lactate molecules and is fine for you lactose intolerant people but all in all a ham and cheese hits the spot.
