Ingredients:

Dough:

1 egg
80 g / 0.17 lbs sugar
100 g / 0.22 lbs softened butter
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 2/3 cups (230-250 g) all-purpose flour

Filling:

600 g / 1.3 lbs thawed frozen strawberries
200 g / 0.44 lbs sugar
30 g / 0.06 lbs cornstarch

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.

Pan size: 24 cm (9.45 inches) in diameter and 7 cm (2.76 inches) deep
