I use Stable Diffusion and some of the most frightening pictures are the accidental ones .Dismembered bodies, bodies that are fused together in horrible ways .It seems to happen when I try to generate pictures that are quite a bit bigger than the 512x512 basic pics of SD 1.5 .SDXL has a 1024x1024 recommended size and consequently doesn't produce scary stuff so frequently.
