To clarify some things, Yes. You are not done. Act II revolves around Ms. Sally Boyle, The Stealthy Chemist and then there's Act 3 revolving around Ex-Secretary-in-Chief Ollie Starkey, The Combat Tank. Then There's 3 other DLCs involving The Gay Couple, Greg and Roger picking the pieces and righting the wrongs of Dr. Faraday, Lightbearer about The "Deceased" Musician, Nick Lightbearer finding his way through Wellington Wells while uncovering the truth about serial killer, Foggy Jack, and then there's We All Fall Down, Starring Victoria Byng and Her Journey to right the wrongs of Her Father and Release The Denizens of Wellington Wells from Their Drug Induced Sleep-Walking once and for all.
If you're still not sold, in The "They Came From Below" DLC, you get a Laser Gun. In The "Lightbearer" DLC, Your Weapon is an Electric Guitar. While on The "We All Fall Down" DLC, You have a Whip in Your Possession.
