i have an same issue about cpu debug light permenantly on motherboard even without any processors/ram installed.. psu fan on by itself without plugged the 24pin/cpu pin into motherboard..

Hello just build new pc, r5 5500, msi b450m pro hdv max, cpu ez debug white light and no display every time press save & exit from bios ( the setting set to default ), need to reset cmos battery again and then got display back but still if i go to bios the save and exit, cpu white light on mobo ez debug light up and got no display , any thoughts?

i get all fans and rgbs on and no boot with cpu debug light on i got three cpus now and keep getting a cpu debug light tried possiably every trouble shooting options got a new mob still same with all 3 cpus ram is ok tried 1 stick at a time and reseated plugs everything i could think of My specs are : ryzen 5 5500 mpg b550 gamming wifi board 16 gb of ram & 1 tb of storage and an 480 watt psu any help?

Hello! When i insert ram into 1st or second slot the cpu light comes on with no display. Then when i insert ram into 3rd and 4th slot the dram light comes on with no display, is my motherboard toast?

I hit my desk hard. My pc suddenly shut down and the ez debug cpu led lit up and when i try to turn on my pc, my screen lights up, nothing is displayed and shut down, i've already tried removing the ram, put it in a different slot, i removed my video card then plugged it back in. I have checked all the cables. If they were connected properly. I removed my processor to see if it was broken and my processor was bent. Everything was fine, but the LED was still on.

I have a b450 aorus elite V2 that will only boot if i turn the PSU on and off at weird intervals. Essentially when the mobo light goes to turn off after switching the PSU off and waiting for it to power cycle down, as soon as i see it turn off it will brighten up, to where if i then flick the switch on the PSU on it will have the chance of powering on. Its almost like i have to jump start it like a car... Now it just wont start and ive only had to do this once after i powered it down one day to where it wouldn't turn on from the PC pw switch i thought it might of been something wrong but it turned on and ran just fine until now where it just flicks the cpu led light on along with the rgb but only for a split second. Then doesn't run..
