Dude this was genius! My warranty expired and I was so mad that after 3 months the same thing was happening. I was looking at new ice machines today to buy a new one next week and I came across this video. Tried it, works perfectly fine! Thank you so much for uploading this

Omfg bro I was doing everything to cleaning it and taking it apart and as soon as this video ended, I cut out the top part of Tupperware and it fixed it immediately. Thanks my man 🙏

One of my group home staff was able to help me figure out the icemaker and it is now functioning so far at least it’s running so now I’m checking to make sure it’s making ice.

Great video. I'm definitely going to try this later tonight. The issue with mine is that the cubes won't drop and are all clumping together. Is that what was happening with yours?
