I spray my shoes with air freshener everyday, definitely a must for athletes or frequent workouts.

at the end of the night i like to pull the laces out of the top lace hole or 2 and pull the tongue way out to let those bad boys air out. also, taking your shoes off when you're inside the home helps shoes stink alot less because you're wearing them less often

well as a bonus I recommend bathing your own feets to in a basket with warm water, baking soda and some oil you mentioned... and afterwards cold water "shower" from bottom up to hips area . .. . than dry them properly and go to bed... "HEALTH IS WEALTH" !

Yeah, that's true with the baking soda. It's also great for if you have a rash you can add it to your bath water and help change the pH of your skin to help alleviate the itch. Just make sure and rinse with cool water. And if you sprinkle it on your carpets and walk it around and then vacuum, it's great for removing odors without adding scent.

Biggest thing other than the other things you mentioned is making sure your feet are dry before putting socks on. I shower n get dressed most of the time my feet have a hard timing getting in my socks because they're wet still. I'm gonna try this and see if it does any good. Without trying the baking soda. Prevention is a first

I use baking soda in a Epson salt soak with a couple drops of tea tree oil or lavender soak 15 minutes and after I massage oil & cream my feet never stink they smell like the oils I use different blends sometimes lemon & basil or oregano
