Well it gives you confidence It gives you an understanding of the world of work It lets you know what you like It also allows you know what you don’t like and what certain skills and organisations you don’t want to work for in the longer term It’s all to do with how you take the experience that you have and understand what it means to you Once you do that, then you’re able to build to the next stage.
