The 4 Types Beauty Code Words | Carol Tuttle

As I teach in my Energy Profiling system, there are 4 Energy Types that we find throughout nature. And each of us has a dominant Energy Type that we lead with. Understanding what that Type is tells us a lot about ourselves and gives us a clear path to express who we are and live our truth.

When women are not dressing their truth, we all tend to look the same. We might look "put together" and well-kept, but we don't stand out. There's no clear picture of who we are. Dressing your truth becomes a true expression of ourselves.

In this video, I'll reveal the 4 Types Beauty Code Words. I've found that each of the 4 Energy Types is often described using a single word when someone is referring to our appearance. In some cases, you might be resisting, not wanting, or not seeing these words describe yourself. But these words are very honoring of your nature. And when you're dressing your truth, you will hear these words used repeatedly.

In a random order, these words are:

* Beautiful
* Hot
* Cute
* Stunning

I'm more convinced that I am a type 4. I remember when I was wearing type 4 clothes and felt good about myself, I was told I looked like a movie star. It's not about my facial features but I think it was the pressence I exuded.

I also like the word pretty for type 2. I hear that more about myself than the word beautiful.

Beautiful, elegant, stylish, refined (I'm a type 2 :-). I have some traits of type 4 too, I think. My singing teacher says I tend to hold myself back, but my actual voice has a lot of energy and resonance. - Thank you for the video ;-)

I love being called cute. When somebody says to me that I am cute, I feel it is more than being just beautiful. It reveals that my personality has a deeper meaning and more substance.
I also kept my inner child alive and I'm not letting it go. Being S2 helps me being introvertedly happy because of it. I never resisted being called younger than I am, even when I was younger. I was really happy with all that.

The first 5 minutes of this video used to be me..before finding DYT! I used to purposely wear black bc I had thought that by wearing it, I would avoid the "cute" comments. It didn't work...instead, they just said..nothing. What a relief to honor my true energy🤗😊

My daughter is a 3/1 and she just intuitively loves type 3 stuff with a type 1 twist. She's edgy but has cute touches, and has more than 50 necklaces and accessories. She always looks great. I guess you might tell her to wear more brown and no black, but either way, I am always telling her how great, cool, awesome and/or adorable she looks.

Yes, I did sometimes avoid the 'cute' compliment for some time, as a T1. But, I am now embracing cute and adorable, and any time someone validates my T1 qualities, I feel some relief, because I know I am on the right track to true *healing*. :)

I'm going to let myself be cute and start buying those "cute" clothes. I started DYT a year ago and thought I was a 2 or 4, probably because I obediently wanted to "grow up" and I acted the part of being more serious and responsible, when actually in my heart I'd rather be dancing and singing in the sunshine. Now the challenge will be finding Type 1 colors in the stores as we move into autumn and winter! 😃

I have been told I looked like a model and was statuesque since I was a teenager. I am not the beauty standard, but people stare. I've also been called Queen for many years by random strangers. I never connected these compliments to type 4 energy until now. Thank you.

Carol, I've been called cute, pretty, beautiful and stunning but only called stunning by women Mostly. I just always thought that cute was reserved for children and puppies but you broke it down nicely. I've never been afraid of color so I wear a lot of vibrant color. I haven't been referred to as hot since college and I'm okay with that, for now! I appreciate your video and breaking dow these key words. Younger guy who's attracted to me sent me a message and said "Hey cutie 🥰😘" which is how I ended up here. lol! It annoyed me but i digress. Blessings!

The compliments we get are really telling. After exploring each Energy Type, I settled on Type 4. My personal trainer calls me "high spirited" like his aunt. My husband calls me "hot!" My friends say my high-spirited niece is just like me. Then Carol gave me the grace of a #TruthBomb: yep, I'm a Type 3! The world knew it before I did!

Hi Carol. Very educational. I am Type 2 / 1. So I guess I am Beautiful - Cute. I've noticed that I only receive compliments when I'm dressed up. If I dress comfy casual I don't get compliments.
