I ask, why does Nigerians start preparing their soup or stew with the meat or fish and vegetables before adding palm oil. This makes the taste of the palm oil so strong in ones mouth. Ghana has completely different way of preparing ground-nut soup and it taste very good.

i use this method of: crayfish..little amount of tomatoes..tatashe ..onion..then enough of groundnut ..meat..fish..and any vegetable leaf of your choice...you mix the in a blender and mix till tender..pour them in your boiling meat..add crayfish..no any oil at all..the ground wud produce oil when getting thick..and your fish and leaf and seasoning..when the soup its cooked alot of oil will appear.then you can serve
