Myth busting Chemists, the public and the media – webinar

On 16 November 2023, Chemistry World and the Royal Society of Chemistry Public engagement and outreach team produced this online session as part of the Diverse engagement for diverse publics series and explored how scientists can successfully engage with the public via the media. Through conversation with David Hu (Georgia Tech) and Alice Motion (University of Sydney), this session explores the diverse spectrum of media engagement, the power of media to bring about positive change in science and tips for successful interactions with the media.
