Is there a way to make a duel request type command? For example;

player1 types /duel <player2>

It sends a message to player2 saying "player1 Wishes to Duel!"
Then it tells them to enter /duel accept or /duel deny
And whatever option they choose, it sends to the other player.. but if it's the accept option then it messages both players a countdown from 5 to begin fighting
