On last question i think it should be positive 3x +8 because you are adding 3x on both sides?

Last question is wrong just so everyone is aware. It would be a Positive (+) 3x because we are adding the 3x.... (+3x) to the other side of the equation. The correct solution would be Y = 3/8x + 15/4
