Creating a pour over coffee at home can be one of the most enjoyable and hands on experiences when it comes to brewing great coffee one cup at a time. However, with so many variables, brewing a pour over can be challenging. In this video I show you how to dial in your pour over by building a recipe for each new coffee you bring home. I also explain how you can observe and taste your coffee in order to adjust and manipulate your recipe to bring out the best from each bean.

this is extremely useful for beginners like me. I like how you compared to baking, for which is also extremely useful to be scientific when learning at the beginning. This video gave me good understanding of basics for brewing coffee in general and serve as guideline for doing any trials.

I always use 60gm for a ltr and that gives me a nice cup, I've also used 65:1 but never 55:1, I'll try that tomorrow, thanks for the information tho, quiet informative video ☺️❤️
Ps: I use a hand grinder and sometimes it's not that accurate since I wash it after 4 cups so I kinda have to eyeball the ground size everytime and just hope it gets the job done, any tip for that?

not rocket science. Millions and millions of people make pretty damn good coffee without going thru all of this.
