Following the NYRR Van Cortlandt Park running route (well mostly), we start inside Van Cortlandt Park near the 242nd St. subway entrance. The route passes through the back of the running track and into the forest trails of the park. We pass over the Moshulu Parkway to the back hills and turn around back to the XC finish line. Enjoy the beautiful fields and trees on this Virtual Run!

Good Morning, (Amazing) Average Runner...I have a technical question for you. When you film, do you just use an external battery and if so, do you have issues of the GoPro overheating and turning itself off? Great run and quality again! Superb!! 🙂👍👍👍👍
