1st time running Van Cortlandt Park, Cass Gallagher Trail...or at least part of it. Since I now know its a bit longer than I what I ran this Sunday. Great run. Tons of fun but know it is an isolated trail and no restrooms anywhere close. They are tons of trees though.

This is a great introduction to the Cass Gallagher loop; may I make a suggestion for a future video? Now that you've done this one, I think it would be really cool if you made a second one (maybe with a bit of backstory pulled from this one, at the beginning) but where you run or walk the whole loop with a gopro and don't edit it or "host." Just a POV trip through the whole loop.
