thanks for posting.  We have to replace our wood frame and weather seal  the garage once we buy new doors.  Now that I see you post about not putting the frame to the ground, now I know why ours was damaged. Builder put it to the ground 20 yrs ago :-/

Where do I buy the weatherstripping trim
that was used in your video? My garage door is not flush on the side. There's a gap that allows air in.
