I love what he said to Sinead O'Connor when she was booed on stage at a benefit concert in the US. He had preceded her on stage but came back on stage when he heard what was happening, put his arm around her and the microphone picked up what he said to her: 'Dont let the bastards get you down'. Protective, independent of spirit, and kind. My favourite song of his: Duvalier's Dream'. So glad l heard him perform in Dublin.
