Al Parish was among about 30 people who gathered with Confederate flags Saturday, March 5, in a carpool lot off U.S. 127 near Jefferson Road. He had two grandfathers who fought for the Confederacy out of Tennessee.

From a wiki politico poll more people in the US see the flag as representing southern heritage vs racism. But haters are gonna hate. People that want to see racism will see racism in everything.
