How To Install Google Maps On iPhone

1: Unlock your iPhone and go to the home screen. Locate the "App Store" icon, which is a blue icon with an "A" inside a white circle, and tap on it to open the App Store.

2: Once you're in the App Store, tap on the search bar located at the bottom of the screen.Type "Google Maps" into the search bar using the on-screen keyboard. From the search results, look for the Google Maps app.

3: Tap on the Google Maps app icon to open its dedicated page. On the app page, you'll see a button with either "Get" or "Download." Tap on that button to start the installation process. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password or use Touch ID/Face ID to authenticate the download.

4: The app will begin downloading, and you'll see a progress bar indicating the installation process. Depending on your internet speed, this may take a few moments. Once the installation is complete, the Google Maps app icon will appear on your home screen.

5: Tap on the Google Maps app icon to launch the app. On the first launch, you may be asked to grant certain permissions, such as allowing the app to access your location. Make sure to allow these permissions for the app to function properly.

I've always used and loved the default maps app but I have to admit; Google maps is something else!
