Half of the options mentioned in the video don't exist anymore! It's ridiculous how Google handles customer service and how little they do to solve the consumers' problems.

In my many years of working with platforms I have never once seen a more complicated and tedious process than Google ads has. Why is it so hard to simplify this? I have dozens of accounts and manager accounts to work with. 50% of the time the chat support doesn't understand what I need done and it becomes an even bigger nightmare. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

Chances are you're scrolling through these comments in awe of just how mind-bogglingly awful the Payment Profile system is. I just sat on the phone with support for over an hour and learned that it is literally not possible to change the payment profile associated with an ads account if you have automatic payments set-up (paying with a card vs. invoicing). You CANNOT simply switch the ad account to a new payment profile, even if the new payment profile exists. Your only option is to create a new ad account and select the correct payment profile then. Just hilariously pathetic.

It works only with "monthly payments enabled" (must be enabled by Google support), not for basic account or Manager without multiple payment profiles.

Every single issue that Google has tried to "resolve" and make a "tutorial" or textual directions about, has been simply useless. Your customer support is total crap, and every topic on your forums is locked with "solution" that doesn't work attached to it.

Under billing transfers, where you clicked + button, I have a grey pencil that doesn't allow me to click on it. And there is nothing I can do.

0:29 As of today (16th August 2023) this button with a plus symbol is greyed out and I can not select "change who pays". Now what Google?

This doesn't work on my profile, why you guys have to make everything more complicated instead of making it easier to the customer. Facebook Ads have way better UX than you guys. It's not rocket science, why make it like it is.

Our account didn't have that option. I think the best way is to contact Google directly (we are waiting). It is frustrating that we can't change the payments profile from the US to the UK, on an account that we ourselves created and own.

Google adsense is the most frustrating. For over 6 months I've been struggle to do advert with my Nigerian card they keep rejecting my naira card. So I tried to change my currency to naira no more dollar since I am in Nigeria. now I'm in a big mess my adsense is blocked they don't accept naira then why should the naira option be there. Now I'm scared if I open a second adsense they may think I'm fraudulent 🤦‍♂️. Google adsense very frustrating especially for Nigerian people

This doesn't work. The "pencil" option for billing transfer is greyed out. No way to create a new billing profile. I thought that managing Ads was Google's primary business. How dumb can they be?😤
