it might be extreme for some i think this is good advice that everybody can still use but just tailor it to one's unique lifestyle.

Great tips.
I also mix almost every soap/detergent with water. My speciality is to mix a bit of dish soap in a cup and dip the sponge in this, instead of dropping pure soap on the sponge for each plate or pan. Right now I'm all about swapping - I'm getting rid of my clutter for actual useful things!

These are some good, accurate frugal tips. Whether viewers agree or not, these are the type of things older, very wealthy people I have known still follow.

That is great tips you gave. One thing I do To use less is add water to my shampoo, body wash dish soap and laundry detergent . Things things are usually very concentrated and can go a long way . So yes I keep an extra empty bottle of the item to pour then add water . My kids or husband don’t even notice . But most importantly it saves money .👍🏽👍🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I didn't find the tips extreme at all, quite moderate really. We have a freezer and a fridge freezer and pantry, but it works out more economical and practical for us. I can't get out to shop and my husband's at work. So we freeze milk, bread, meat, fish so we don't have to shop very often. Also in the UK frozen vegetables and some fruits are much cheaper than fresh. We also take advantage of sales on things with a long shelf life.
I had started reducing the amount of things we kept in stock, but then the pandemic happened and we couldn't get some things and had to pay much higher prices, so we're not going to reduce again.

I also like the idea of not buying clothes ( i have been doing this for the last ? months), I agree that having eaten or carrying healthy snacks is a good idea. Also changing daily habits such as buying coffee at the local shop every day before work can turn into making coffee at work simply by getting some relevant equipment there. No the tips are not extreme....The other thing you can mention is that one we get into the habit of considering the cost of something we can come up with creative ideas such as fun picnic at the park instead of restaurant (with the pandemic this is better anyway). A good starting point is writing down where we spend our money (you mention this in another video if I remember well) and then try to change this daily habit into another less expensive.
By the way I would also love some videos of everyday life in Ukraine and seeing for instance simple things like your neighborhood but I do not know whether that fits in with the rest of the videos..
