I am Kristin and welcome to my YouTube channel. Today, I am gathering all of my greeting cards and eliminating some of them from my collection. I hope you enjoy my video and thank you for watching!

Love this video! I used to save every card my kids received as well. I purged them and, saved the important ones like you. When they got older, when their next bday came, I brought out the cards from the previous bday for them to purge. It worked well. I, too, have saved all the cards from my husband and myself to each other. Those memories are priceless and truly do tell the story of our love!

You did well getting rid of so many cards. I too tend to keep cards from close family, and now that my Grandparents are all gone I am so pleased that I have cards with my Nans' handwritings in them. When Kate & Derrick look back through the cards between you and Nathan in the future it will be really special for them. Nice to see a cameo appearance from Bella too lol.

I keep greeting cards given to me, too! I HAVE gone through & let go of some, but I need to do more. Ooof! Like you said in another video, I appreciate the heart & time people put in to much so to toss them! Just started watching this & pressed pause to comment here. Hopefully this video will help! I was surprised you get criticism for keeping your cards, I was told to keep cards all your cards. I have about as many you pulled out and they're just mine & I'm 20.

I've been going through my greeting cards for the last few weeks! I never realized how many we had. My husband and i have been married almost 29 years and together almost 34. I'm pretty sure I've saved all the cards we've given to each other. I definitely will not be able to part with them. I also have cards from our inlaws as well as our son. I have given my son his cards for him to go through. He's twenty now and I think he can figure this task out himself. I'm hoping he will be able to part with some as he's a bit of a hoarder! My husband and I have both lost parents so that's where it gets tricky. I will keep some but definitely not all of them. I'm doing a major purge in my house and I just have to be a little hard on myself and just let things go. I was sent here by Michelle from This mom's life as she had also done a card declutter in December. Thanks for the extra motivation.

I have tons more cards than you do even. I’m older than you and have grown children and several grandchildren. I went through mine this morning and had a hard time decluttering them. I am pretty sappy about the whole thing! 😂
