What quantities do you use? Say I was using 1.5 kg of chicken, what quantity of everything else would you use? My boyfriend is Nigerian and is away from home for Christmas this year so I want to cook him fried rice so he doesn’t miss out on the Nigerian tradition of having it at Christmas.
