Excellent video and tips which work just as well for Pinnacle Studio 23 in Windows as they do on the Mac.

Bit techo for me Stef but fascinating to see the amount of work you do to present the FINAL CUT to us !! Clever bugger !!

Very cool video. Thank you for putting it together. Have you had issues with GoPro battery life in your filming and how do you manage it, especially running 3 cameras?

Stefan, you can use the merge tool in the editing section of final cut to automatically merge your audio clip onto the video clip, then mute the audio from your camera and use the audio from your microphone. It makes the job much easier no need to clap or make any noises to overlay the audio. :)

I didn't think I would be that interested in this one Stef, as opposed to your flying vlogs, I was Wrong! Got my attention..Nice one!

Hi boss....let me tell you something...

I'm a little little pilot with just some hours on an ultralight plane (alpi aviation pioneer 300).
I really love your channel, the way you teach us things, your way you explain them even if they're not exactly aviation contents...
Watching you a big dream grows in me: open my little channel trying to help aviation be closer to all of us, in particolar here in Italy where I'm from and I live.
Then I realize than I've barely time to fly, to take my little two seater plane out of his I can figure out how I can find all the time you say you need to edit...

So, do you really think it needs to take so long to edit a good video? I'll be really glad to open my little channel, share passion, adventures and experiences with the world trying to let everybody understand how planes and flying can be so amazing and affordable....

Stefan, what a phenomenal breakdown of the process. I'm a student pilot and looking to capture my flights for review with my CFI. How do you record your clean cockpit audio? Any tips there? I see you have a separate audio source than the GoPro's.

Stef. Great videos as always. I’m aware you love the 747 so I wanted to know if you had any plans to fly on one of the Qantas 747 Domestic Flights? I managed to get a seat on the MEL-SYD on New Years Day.

That's a lot more work than I thought. Thanks Stefan. Very interesting.

I use Filmora 9 video editor which is an upgrade from the old Filmora I had. My editing is very much like the Go pro cut editor. Sometimes I get a little lazy using fade ins and outs but it's a challenge.
