I like cold places like this north Europe but i think Alaska or Siberia have coldest cities, winter is great time of the year. And these videos are awesome. ❄️

I really can't stand the cold. I been to UK once for few days and the cold and damp is horrible.
Here in Garowe, Somalia it is always 28c every day in the year, we have blue sky all the time and it is very healthy weather not too hot.

I've been to Harbin a couple of times. The ice sculptures are definitely worth a look. It is cold. My missus wanted a photo of her standing in front of a Russian Orthodox Church and the tips of my fingers went numb taking my gloves off to take the picture. (only a few seconds)

I believe in Svalbard (an island owned by Norway), people who are terminally ill need to return to mainland Norway to die; this is because the ground is so hard that digging a grave is impossible.

Winter here is 8-18 degrees Celsius. So this weather hard pass. Also the name Ulaanbatar is majestic AF

Im surprised Winnipeg didn't make this list, Its like the value village of Toronto here in Canada (feel like people don't really know we exist) but Its one of the coldest places in the Winter, its spring right now and its still snowing. you never truly know with Winnipeg, could be +20 Celsius then snow the next day.
