Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Drumsticks Recipe - Easy Baked Chicken Dinner

I love a good chicken dinner and this honey garlic baked chicken drumsticks recipe is so so good! The chicken is marinated and baked in a flavorful honey garlic sauce. This is one of my favorite easy chicken meals.

INGREDIENTS
3 to 4 lbs chicken drumsticks ( i used 11 pieces)
salt and black pepper to taste
1 medium onion
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs melted butter
1/2 cup honey
5 big cloves garlic
1 Tbs brown sugar
3 Tbs soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 Tbs dijon mustard
2 Tbs white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

I made this last night, but substituted chicken thighs and since I did not have enough honey, I used part maple syrup instead. The recipe was awesome with rice! Thanks Claudia!
