Literally on top of the world, looking down at two countries i love, this was one of the most amazingly scary things i’ve ever done. It reminded me, once again, that courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the conquering of it. And that was what we all did that day as we scented to the top of the bridge pylon straddling the straight between Denmark and Sweden. But hey, that’s love for you. It can be scary as hell to admit your vulnerability and stick your head out and stand tall above the crowd. To open up your heart and say I’m yours. To surrender completely is the only way to win the war of love and i swear it’s worth it.
