Let’s make some grilled chicken tacos.⠀

I’m using boneless, skinless chicken thighs from @millerpoultry . Picked these up at my local @marianosmarket and they go in the bowl for the marinade. Seasoned pretty heavy with @hardcorecarnivore Meat Chelada, ½ cup orange juice, ½ cup beer, a little olive oil, 1 sliced jalapeno and 1 small onion. Mix everything together and let this marinade for a few hours in the fridge.⠀

When done, the thighs hit the @biggreenegg at 400 degrees, direct, for about 5 minutes per side. Pull them off when they are golden brown with a little crisp on the edges. Chop up the chicken, including the onions and jalapenos and it’s time to assemble.⠀

@caram3lo tortillas, chicken, homemade raw salsa (check my last post for the recipe), onion, cilantro and cotija cheese. And these were amazing! Great flavor on the chicken, the fresh creamy salsa, family loved them!
