This whole challenge is amazing
! Since there is no day 5, I did day 6 and will try day 4 again tmrw-I was not prepared for the HIIT!

This felt good! I'm enjoying all of your beginner videos. I love stretching in the morning right after my walking videos and at night right before bed. I think you may be one of my favoirte pilates instructor! :-)

This was great to come into again after a rest day! I like stretching more than working out, so I wish that was just a tiny bit longer, but it still felt good, and I'm excited for tomorrow's workout

OK, I love you lady. I was sick for 2 days and could not do my pilates. So good to get back into it with a gentle stretch!

I have a slipped disk and rotosocoliosis and that first series of stretches, particularly the twist felt incredible! I'll be adding that into my daily stretches!
