I'd suggest doing this BEFORE Volo gives you the prosthetic you can get. If I remember right it can get rid of the debuff and you can still continue the story. Also choose the right eye when the hag tells you to choose, because that's the one Volo yanks out your head

If you already lost one eye, she says she can't do it to you and asks for you to bring someone with 2 eyes. I didn't try, but I'm guessing Wyll can't either

Tbf not everyone in the party needs high perception. For example I had Laz take the eye partially to look cool but also to make sure her intimidatation lands

The hag eye is a great aesthetic wise and also great if you use the game and roleplay a little, if you only go for good stuff I personally would find the game boring after a while. I took the eye and looked f*** amazing, haha, made it fit her story. With a full grp you don't always need the perception if others have high perception ^^

Already gave up my eye for see invisibility. So much better than the hags eye. I made lyzel do it. Since she irks me 😆
