At 6'4, 245 lbs, I always look for ways to work on my strength and core instead of looking lean. Been doing a massive amount of sledgehammer workouts and am losing weight while gaining a lot more power and stability. I'm using 12 and 15 lbs hammers nowadays. It's worth it guys
