There should be no delay, its a man and therefore, throw him in a male prison
This is absolutely despicable.
If this man goes and commits an offence on a child, whoever let him off deserves to be put in the same jail cell as him.
Its about time judges are held accountable because if it wasnt for their incompetence, half of these criminals wouldn't be able to go on and commit more crime.

This isn't even funny anymore. A pedophile who committed a crime avoided jail time because of claiming to be trans. A massive loophole in the justice system. Meanwhile, people get jailed for saying the wrong thing on the internet. Maybe those ppl should claim to be trans too.

In cases like this the judges should sentence the culprit according to their birth sex. Stick he/she/it into a male prison and not in segregation as is usually the case.

It is for the prison service to decide that not the court. Yet again we see a court over stepping the mark. If a female turns up in court pregnant for sentencing, that does not stop her from going to prison. The judiciary need to get a grip!
