Yuneec q500 4k camera gimbal problem

Here's what I've tried so far with my q500

it should not be this hard to get the camera to work properly

brand new out of the box after about 5-7min gimbal tilts this has happened on all 4 flights
I will be calling yuneec see what they say not impressed right now
been saving up to buy this for ages feel so let down :(

Not a fun issue, but restarting the ST10+ and the Restarting the Quadcopter usually solve the issue. If that doesn't solve the issue, you can push the reset button on the camera, (with the unit powered on). The reset button is near the SD card slot and is marked with an arrow. You'll need a toothpick to push the button. You could also re-install the cameras firmware. I have had this issue with my Yuneec Typhoon Q500 4K and those solutions worked for me. I also calibrate the compass before every flight, I don't know if that helps but it's been a long, long time since I've experienced this gimbal tilt issue.

Same issue here. Level pointed Norht (for example) but slanted when turned East.

same exact problem. Restarting the drone and the controller seems to fix the issue 90% of the time, but sometimes it requires multiple restarts. BestBuy (Canadian) is absolutely useless, says the manufacturer has to solve the issue.

I just got my camera/gimbal back from yuneec after them having it for two weeks...it still tilts all the way left after 2 minutes of flying, any help would be appreciated

Had sort of the same problem with my q500. A calibration solved the problem

make sure you are taking off and before take off it on a flat level surface.and calibrate it it helps alot
