Another exercise that one can use is just to open the mouth as well as you can and put your head back as much as you can opening and closing your mouth... and do that like 100 times, is reduces the wrinkles around your mouth and your neck area. And then twitch the muscles under your eyes like 100 times and then move your brow up and down like 100 times. Another thing I've seen but you have to make sure you can really do this one is put your head over the bed and then lift it up. The first time. It's like it can only do it three or four times, but it gets stronger as you go on and it pulls the muscles in your neck to make them less noticeable. You can feel a little dizzy so make sure you can really do this without that side effect. Like if you have high blood pressure or something, maybe you don't want to do that one, but you can really feel it pull the neck muscles. It doesn't take long, and in 2 weeks you should really, really, really, really, really see a Difference.
I'm 80 years old and people think I'm 60. It's so simple, but I Love the ones that you showed to us because I've not seen them before, and I'll just incorporate them.
They really sound great and easy to do, and quick is understandable for this age. Getting things done in a hurry certainly is a tone for the day we live in. Lol😊

I'm 61, no sun, no meat, no smoking, 3 litres of water a day & no alcohol. Staying young is a mind set 🙂

Thank you for this video! I am also 59 yrs. old but I'm a smoker and I'm ready to quit smoking so this video is also going to help me feel better. I'm sure people tell you a lot that you look so much younger than you are but it's true, you look fantastic!!

I can tolerate almost all my other skin problems at 73yrs of age except the heinous eye bags! Looks like I'll have a method to repair that and more! Glad I found your channel!

A couple years ago I was having surgery and the male nurse asked me how old I was. I told him 10 years younger than my actual age. Then I laughed. Knowing he knew the truth, he laughed, and told me if I’m going to lie, I should ADD 10 years because then it’s more impressive on my looks. 😂so… I think Chris is probably only 49. If you’re really 59, then wow! Truly amazing, and I will do your exercises three times a day🙏🏻🥰Thank you!

I used to never care or think about this type of stuff (even though my career often has me spending absurd amounts of time outside in the sun at digs).
But now that I stumbled across this guy’s channel and I’m staring down the barrel of turning 40…I am finally starting to act like a real adult and take care of my skin. ❤😂🤷‍♀️

I had the deep frown lines at a young age and they're gone. So I know massaging the face does work. Thank you.

Really, Chris, you look like someone in their late 20's! As a 66-year-old woman who comes in late to the skin care game, I would give anything to have your skin! I'm trying and do my Due Diligence but haven't really found anything that seems to 'work' for me. I'm hoping these exercises are a good start. Thank you!

Love this routine! Better than Gua Sha. I find I press too hard on the Gua Sha so don’t use it. The lightest touch is easy to gage with my palms and fingertips and no devices required!

Thank you so much-- this is so relaxing, and it seems to help with lymphatic drainage. I just started doing it-- will try to update in 3 months or so with any changes in skin quality.
