yea the issue is my door way isn't tall enough for it to be installed on the outside the last hook and loops wouldn't be secure to anything and it I go higher then it's going to be on the raised edge of the door frame where it can get caught and rip =/ to the inside it is

Ummm, you know this isn't a sliding glass door, right? Would have liked to see it done on a sliding glass door so that you would have come up with the same problem I I got the size she is using in the video that covers one side of the door(because it was advertised as being able to be used on a sliding glass door without an explanation that there was a different version that would fit across the whole door!) You CAN'T install this one on the outside of the door (as per instructions) on a sliding glass door as the door would open into it. Will be attempting to install mine on the inside. Ugh!

These things suck, the sun heats up where the tape goes and it falls off. Also, it dry rots over time as well.

Yeah... does not fit sliding doors that are more than 40.5" wide, make sure you measure your sliding door before buying
