Congratulations to the newlyweds Erik & Hayat.
🎉They bought their first home and after going out only 1 time and looking at 7 different homes we found the perfect one.
☕️This all started at a Starbucks when we met for the first time and I was able to show them the entire process and what it takes to be able to buy their first 🏡
We helped them through the process of getting pre approved with Loans By Grace and off we went shopping.
At first they were skeptical because they needed to make sure they had enough money for their wedding this year so we had only a certain budget to work with.
We found the perfect home and we able to get closing costs paid by the seller and keep their monthly payment where they wanted it.
They are now moved in and enjoying being a home owner.
