so for the left Riemann sum, all you gotta do is set the index of the sum equal to zero and the top of the sum to n-1, this makes sure you start from the first subinterval and stop at the n-1 one - before the last, which is basically just a shift to the left from the right Riemann sum. Hope that helps!

Thank i finally understood what it means! Just to point out tho, the graph of natural log should be shifted two to the left, not the right.

what if there is nothing in the position of ln(x)?

Can someone clarify something for me? He has the lim as n approaches infiniti, but for Riemann sum wouldn't you want the lim to be delta x as it approaches 0? Not trying to start anything, I've just seen contradicting answers in multiple places.
