Restrictions are being lifted for driving tests

Update on the restrictions being lifted on the 1st of March 2022.

1.Facemasks will now be a personal choice for the theory and driving test.
2. If you make a serious fault, you will still complete the full test and then get your result at the end.
3. Driving instructors/accompanying drivers are now allowed to sit in on the driving test
4.You are not required to self isolate, but you are encouraged to reschedule if you're not feeling well

Everything is going back to how it was before covid rules came in.

I don't really think there's a point of continuing the test once a serious fault has occurred, wouldn't it be better to end it since they're not going to pass anyway? The rest is fine & fair. I had to wear a mask on my test and it kept steaming my bloody glasses, was so annoying 🤣

I like the sense of normality and to echo some other comments it will be good to have the instructor present. You actually use them in the show questions like asking them to check the indicators are working. Continuing after a serious fault is an absolute must!! Get my moneys worth, run the whole course, examiner feedback, better prepared next time.

I really enjoy watching your videos. You’re an excellent instructor and I wish you lived near me when I was doing my lessons. Im a male and learnt with a male instructor and he used to get quite irate with mistakes. You’re so relaxed and chilled out. Amazing work👍🏽

I've got my test in a week and was really hoping for the test to end early if you make a serious mistake... That way if you complete the whole 40 minutes you've probably passed 🤞😂

I literally got denied my driving test on Friday because the centre didn't provide a volunteer examiner for me to use as I'm exempt from face masks, despite me calling them and receiving confirmation that one was available 🙃 now my next test is in May. Here's praying I can actually take it 🙏🏾

Face coverings I'm glad about because I find them distracting when driving. I don't wear them on lessons but I've worn one on my previous which I unfortunately failed
