Hi would you recommend recording monologues to put in the showreel? I have done amateur productions so have some material but I'm worried I don't have enough. Also would you include special skills like accents and instruments?

If I don't have much decent footage of short films and footage from acting work iv done, could you recommend any scenes from any films and/or tv programs I can use as I'm looking to make myself a showreel asap.
