lagi ko sinasabi sa mga nagbabalak mag diet na wag gawing goal ang magkaroon ng magandang katawan kundi bonus lamang ito, kasi ang pinakagoal talaga ay para maka kilos ka ng maayos, maaliwalas ang pananaw sa buhay at masayahin sa araw-araw.

Naniniwala talaga ako kapag marami ka talagang pambili ng pagkain eh siguradong magiging bibigat ang timbang… added cost yung pagbili ng mga junkfoods, Softdrinks, milk tea, chocolates at maraming meat

Me dating 75kl bago mag pandemic, 2 years after naging 110kg. Mabuti na lang ngayon nabalik ko na 84kg na lang. Ang ginawa ko umiwas or stop ako sa mga nakasanayan ko like drinking sodas, eating chocolate and eating sweets. Nag start ako mag gym(Start sept14, 22-till now na enjoy ko na siya) from sept-dec2022 3x a week ako. January2023 5x a week since na enjoy ko na siyang gawin. Madaming nagbago saakin after like dati halos everyday sinusumpong ako ng asthma ko tapos mabilis mapagod kahit lakad2x sa moa jusko hinihingal na ako agad ngayon hinde na halos ako inaatake ng asthma at kaya ko na maglakad2x kung saan.

2020 was a breakout year for me. I managed to lose 35 lbs within 5 months. Went from 85 kg to 67 kg, and my height is 5'7. Currently 71-72 kg and cutting weight until August 2023.

Pero I tried something before guys. Very effective pero I don't encourage people pag di mo na consult ang doctor mo. I tried Atkins diet. 7kilos less weight ka in just 30days. Proven ko po yan. Meron ako cheat day every Sunday lng. The rest of the week, NO carbs at all. No carbs lng, kahit kumain ka pa ng madaming meat, fried pork, chicken etc. Then on Sunday eat anything you want kahit gaano pa ka dami. Pag Sunday nag Mang-inasal ako unli rice then mag ice cream pa ako and chocolates. I don't intend to exercise pero given na yan kasi pumapasok ako sa work. Ang drawback lng napansin ko parang may mga nerves or guhit na lumalabas sa stomach ko, based on research normal sya because of Ketosis. Ang catch lng is kailangan consistent ka and stick to the schedule. Pag iniba mo, good as back to zero ka. Tinigilan ko kasi nag shift ako sa pagiging vegetarian.

Sabi nga eh, don't lose weight because you hate your body but because you love it. Cherish yourself first and magiging natural na lang lahat. From 75 kg to 68.25 kg and still a work in progress. I love this segment way to go girl!!

lowcarb diet lng for me no rice no sugar . from 72kg to 58kg ako now. no exercise pa ako dhl graveyard duty ko .

Ginawa ko yun nung College naglalakad ako pauwi tapos onti lang ako kumain mabagal sya.. pero pinaka-epektib na ginawa ko telega yung crash diet haha tapos puro inom ng tubig, pwede mo gawin kung sobrang taba mo na, from 160lbs to 120lbs nagawa ko less than 2 months, Pero syempre may Cheat day ako tuwing weekends kumakain ako ng masarap na pagkain pero konti lang ang kanin

from 110 kgs to 69 kgs within 11months...ang nbwas s akin through intermenent fasting 18hrs a day and 1hr weight training 5 days a week and 180 mins of cardio a week
