1:27 To me, this was the moment when Daniel LaRusso truly redeemed himself. He finally accepted the fact that offense isn't necessarily a bad thing, as long as it is used properly. The same goes for Johnny, who later learned that defense can also bring some advantage in a fight. If it wasn't for the switched teachings (the Miyagi-Do students learning from Eagle Fang's and vice versa), which affected Miguel and Sam the most, Daniel and Johnny would have never come to an agreement about their different ways of teaching, although one could agree that Daniel's way is much closer to Karate than Johnny's, with Johnny's style being closer to Tang Soo Do.

It's very funny to read comments about the fight in the shopping center. There Hawk dominated and then pushed Robby, and then (for the script) accelerates for an incomprehensible punch like an anime character, Robbie took advantage of this and simply hit the open Hawk. Does such a victory mean that his skills in that battle were better? LoL. There is a fight between Miguel and Robbie from season 5 - it is clear that Miguel was stronger and dominated, and there is such a strange scene in the shopping center that has no objectivity, the character just decided to speed up and jump for fun xD

did you notice? the moral of the story of cobra kai is that if you strike first you will always lose. for example in first season hawk struck first and he got disqualified after that robby struck first and lose against miguel in season 2 miguel struck first and lose almost died if you take a look on every fight in cobra kai you will notice that whoever struck first always came out as a loser

The Ref was payed off by silver but the fight was so intense he wasnt being biased he genuinely wanted to see who the better fighter was so his judging skills were fair
