I'm in that exact spot right now. Just had my first workout in many weeks. Honestly I hate this feeling of starting from scratch again, but I know it will get easier when good habits are back

it's been like a year and a half for me, I feel like i don't even know where to start but I'm attempting walks (I can't run because of my breast size despite having spent a fortune on special bras/sports bras) followed by some stretching/yoga and incoorporating some squats/slow mountain climbers after... lets see how this goes...

This was great! I went from 10-28 mile bikes rides and lifting 6 days a week to taking a 6 month break. 😢 I am getting back on the ball!! And stretching good first! 👍 ❤

I’ve been struggling. I was doing Muay Thai for a couple of years got in great shape was strong then I tore my hamstring wrestling. Recovery took 9 months before I could do explosive workouts. But during I became depressed, comfort ate picked up bad eating habits and gained 3 stone (I’m English idk what that is in pounds) but I’m guessing it’s about 50lbs.

I’ve been forcing myself to workout but I’ve been inconsistent I’m just struggling to get my head into a routine. I hate looking at myself in the mirror. I’ve been in this position before but it’s just so hard having to start from square one plus starting a new job and feeling pressure to lose weight quickly because none of my clothes fit. I really could go on but it just sucks when you know what you used to be and how hard it was to get there and how hard it will be because of my injury.
