Your main account was suspended not banned, but the one used to watch streamers was banned. A suspension is a temporary "restraint" to not allow a person access to a site(s) or server(s) for an allotted amount of time. A Ban is a permanent "restraint" to not allow a person access to a site(s) or server(s) forever.
