This is not a grinder! Don't get me wrong it. Looks. Amazing.

But a grinder is a hoagie bun with the innards scooped out and replaced with fillings. My fiance was a kitchen manager at a sandwich shop that did grinders, and they had roast beef, Philly, tuna, and other grinders. Pop those bad boys into an oven with cheese on top and youre golden! They're huge, but they're so yummy!
