Greetings from the UK. Thank you, thank you Dr Gundry for transforming my health. I have been an avid follower of your books, supplements and podcasts ever since the first Covid Lockdown, and have never been fitter.. I feel so much more informed, and well ahead of the mainstream dietary research posse... They appear to be lagging behind in their appreciation of the importance of our microbiome, and not open to revelatory notions, such as lectin avoidance. Keep on broadcasting!

There are people who only eat fruit for years. There are people who eat only meat for years. Eat what agrees with your body. Everybodys body is different. There is a doctor on every spectrum. Stop eating fast food and processed food.

The problem is that people don't eat with moderation, not the foods. You can get any food and find something that is bad for you if you eat it in excess.

My grandfather had several hundred fruit bearing trees. We grew up eating several fruits every meal. My grandfather lived up to 98. My mother reached 100. An aunt will turn 102 in august. Their 3 other siblings are in their late 90’s. We enjoy eating fresh fruits not like your chemicals treated fruits

But fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals, and fiber for the gut. Just eat it seasonally and occasionally is my take. Better to reduce carbs, processed food and frequency of eating.

Hold on; smoothy with spinach, avocado, and for example beetroot is high on oxalate! Lettuce, cruciferous vegetables..

Thanks for everything you do and share with us. We've followed your advice (80% compliance :)) and haven't been sick a day since we started about 4 years ago. It's been an amazing, eye-opening journey and we're taking some of our family and friends along for the ride. Gundry I have been following him for 2 months, I love his charisma and understanding to find the best options, I am from Chile, I am looking for his books and only one is in Spanish, when will they do all or the main ones in Spanish or the videos believe me there are a current that rises every year and people who are looking for alternatives to improve their health.

Dr. Gundry is bashing eating fruit Hummmm... My husband and I have an Organic smoothie for our breakfast every morning made in our Vita Mix. It is comprised of about about a cup (packed) of fresh spinach, a ripe banana, about 3/4 cup frozen strawberries and 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, about 3 tablespoons of Hemp Hearts (10 grams of protein), and enough almond milk to make it smooth and creamy. This is a very delicious healthy, well balanced breakfast in which we are getting veggies (spinach), fruit (strawberries and blueberries are VERY low in sugar), and protein with the Hemp Hearts. Our lunch is a healthy organic salad with seeds for protein, dinner is a couple of organic vegetables, and a small portion of meat such as one chicken thigh (baked), or a piece of fish (baked), or a small hamburger patty (our meat is ALWAYS organic) I very seldom eat any sugar, bread or pasta. We replace pasta with something like spaghetti squash - delicious, and NEVER any processed food or milk! Oh, and guess what, I've lost about 30 pounds in the last couple of years!! At 78, I'm thinner now than I was 20 years ago and down 3 pants sizes and looking good!!! Oh, and I eat a least one piece of fruit every day. I do try to power walk about a mile at least 5 - 6 days per week. About 25 years ago I was put on some meds for depression that made me gain a bunch of weight! I'm no longer on the meds, I've replaced them with prayer. The BEST medicine for depression there is!!! Sorry Dr. Gundry, but our smoothie is very healthy and we are doing just great on it! Of course it's not just pure fruit it's well balanced!!! I've studied nutrition intensely for about the last 6 years. Its all about eating healthy & organic to be healthy AND avoiding the pesticides and GMO'S! We also take Amla: the best Vit C you can get, D3, and zinc to boost our immune systems. Oh, and we take Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds, and his Olive oil. I haven't had the flu or a cold in over 20 yrs! Blessings to all for good health! :)

I've been making smoothies with organic fruit (a cup give or take), protein powder (sometimes), spinach, hemp milk or coconut milk, sometimes greek yogurt (I did just buy some goat & sheep yogurt to try, and the A2 yogurt). I don't have one every day. Usually when I'm not too hungry like a meal replacement.

Would like to share with you my horrible experiences. Was eating beetroot and spenach 15 days. Ended up with terrible gout pain in my feet.

The main problem with replacing cow’s milk with non dairy milks is that those are rarely without sugar or grains (I see coconut milks with added sugar or rice) it’s hard to find the pure ones. And on top of that plant based dairy products, like yogurt, are extremely expensive.
