Dr. Hendricks, another informative video. Wow, I think this might be the only thing that I do differently than you. Where I practice the home care might be less than your area. The provisional bridges that I have done on AOX's have had a higher failure rate than any I have done that I have let heal with a denture. One difference could be that I do not place the MUA right away and use a cover screw. This necessitates a stage two, but my healing rate is higher than the national average. We all get a bit stuck in how we do things, me included, but if you end up with a pt that has both rampant decay and PD, I would consider this approach. It is a really good way to rid the mouth of all the infections before exposing the implants. Just my thoughts have a great day.

I am in my 4th week. I got immediate dentures and cannot put them in due to swollen gums. No big deal, I am letting them heal.
My question is should you have tori removed to you wear dentures OR can they sculp the dentures around it?
Also why do gums generate ridges like knuckles in front of the gums?
