placed in the sink, and the water after washing the dishes could be
used for flushing toilet. Also, if there's place, a bucket can be placed
in the bathroom sink, so all the water from washing hands or teet could
also be used for flushing.

collect air conditioner water perhaps in buckets. Never waste water warming up the shower. Collect it in bucket. Use that water to fill up toilet tank after flushing. (OR outside plants, etc).
