My friend is learning to drive and her instructor says a drain (about 1 foot) distance is fine, my view is if it’s a foot or more away from curb you’ve just stopped the car and not parked

The fact that even she was like “this is a pretty tight spot…” but this is the amount of space my dps gives you to parallel park in your test… hence why I failed my first try.

Ive been teaching my son to drive, but couldnt explain a good way to parallel park. Saw this video, tried it myself... Amazing! Took son out, explained it once and he nailed it first time! I might tell him at some point that it wasn't my idea😉😂. Thanks! Keep up the good work!
